Who buys innovation
from startups?
GlassDollar maps corporate teams with a structured approach to working with startups. Find the company, understand its approach, and follow its own route to get in touch.
What is a venture client unit?
A venture client unit buys startup products or services to solve business needs, often starting with a pilot. Startup programs can offer support, partnerships or investment. A program listing alone is not evidence of paid purchasing. Each profile identifies its type.
Where does the information come from?
Profiles draw on company websites, GlassDollar research and other public sources. Selected collaborations link to public evidence where available. These are examples, not a complete procurement record or a measure of spending.
Relationship counts on profiles come from the wider corporate–startup dataset. Those counts are not verified purchases, unique contracts or current buying intent. Crawl dates do not tell us when a partnership started.
What does “verified” mean?
A verified badge means GlassDollar has reviewed the profile with a company representative. Research alone does not earn that badge. Submitting an email address requests a manual review; it does not verify ownership or give access to publish.
Correct, verify or remove a profile
Open a profile on the map and choose “Report” to request a correction or removal, or “Verify this profile” if you represent the company. GlassDollar reviews submissions before publishing. Your email address stays private.
You can also contact GlassDollar and include the profile link. Startup proposals and introductions are not handled by this map; use the company's linked website or open call.
How can a startup find the right corporate team?
Start with the map or company directory. Open an individual profile to read about the team, its areas of interest, approach and selected collaborations where available. Use the linked official website or open call to confirm current requirements before approaching the company.
How should I cite or interpret a profile?
Link to the individual company profile and consult the sources linked alongside its claims. Distinguish paid startup purchasing from support, partnerships and investment. Selected collaborations do not establish that a company is currently buying, accepting applications or endorsing a startup. Missing information means it is not provided here, not that no activity exists.
Product updates
“Keep me up to date” collects your email and consent for news about this map. It is separate from verification and does not follow individual profiles. Addresses are stored privately and have not been verified. Collection alone does not send email. Contact GlassDollar to withdraw your interest or request deletion.
Your data
Submitting a request sends your email address and proposed changes to GlassDollar for review, stored through Supabase. Vercel hosts the directory. OpenFreeMap supplies the basemap and receives technical requests from your browser. When enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions and Vercel provides usage analytics.
