ORLEN Skylight is ORLEN's accelerator for startups whose technology answers concrete business challenges across the group's industrial operations, run in recruitment rounds roughly every three months with new technology challenges published each quarter. The acceleration process runs six to eight months across three stages: solution presentation, contract, and pilot. Selected startups test and scale their solution inside ORLEN's own infrastructure, get funding for pilot development, and can move into a commercial partnership once the pilot ends.
