How Chunghwa Telecom works with startups
CHT 5G Accelerator started in 2018 as Taiwan's first telecom 5G accelerator and has run 82 startup teams through the program by 2025. Startups get access to 5G proof-of-concept facilities, technical consultation, capital matching with Chunghwa Telecom's investment arm, and exposure at trade shows. Eligibility is open to companies registered under Taiwanese law for under eight years, or qualifying SMEs.
