How Sasol works with startups
Sasol Energy Innovate is a competition launched in June 2026 for South African SMEs that are at least 51% Black-owned, tax compliant and able to scale within Sasol's industrial value chains. Winners get grant funding of up to R500,000 and a chance at implementation opportunities within Sasol's operations, judged on strategic alignment, innovation, technical feasibility, commercial viability and delivery capability.
