How Mondelēz International works with startups

CoLab Tech is Mondelez's global R&D-led accelerator connecting startups with its R&D leaders on climate resilience, next-generation ingredients, packaging and processing technology. Selected startups get an 8-week curriculum, 1:1 mentorship, proof-of-concept development opportunities, and an in-person culminating event in the UK. The 2026 cohort of nine startups is already running (May-September 2026).
