BBVA Open Innovation connects startups with BBVA's internal business units to run joint proof-of-concept pilots, historically via the Fast Track program that can lead to deployment of the startup's solution across BBVA's business units and countries. Access has typically come through competitions such as Open Talent Spain rather than direct application. It now sits alongside BBVA Spark's banking-for-startups products rather than BBVA Ventures (the CVC arm).
