Iberia's HUB de Innovación is a single front door for startups, entrepreneurs and tech partners to propose solutions to real airline challenges. It draws on over 10 years of open-innovation work and more than 30 pilots run with startups in customer experience, operations and decarbonization. Startups submit their solution directly through the hub's own website for evaluation and possible pilots with Iberia's business units.
