Sanofi's own innovation center, 14bis Lab, runs iNext, a pitching competition funding early-stage moonshot research that falls outside normal R&D and venture pipelines. Selected biotechs and academic labs get up to $500,000 per project and 18 months of support from Sanofi's R&D experts, culminating in a pitch to Sanofi decision-makers and a contracting phase. The current iNext 2025-2026 cycle is open on Sanofi's own branded application platform.
