SABIC's Polymers Technology & Innovation business unit ran a pilot with a blockchain-traceability startup to map Scope 1-2 emissions at the material level and track Scope 3 CO2 impact across SABIC's full value chain, using the startup's digital product passport technology inside SABIC's own supply-chain data flows. SABIC's VP for Polymers Technology & Innovation publicly invited other upstream and downstream value-chain partners to join similar pilots.
