Sino Inno Lab is Sino Group's sandbox for testing PropTech, ConTech, ArtTech and HealthTech ideas inside real Sino Group properties without disrupting operations. Launched around 2018 and based at One North in Yuen Long, it has featured more than 70 technology solutions from Hong Kong and overseas. Startups apply by submitting a form to showcase their innovation, test market potential or expand their product into Sino Group's portfolio; group visits of up to 20 people run by appointment.
