How Mahindra Logistics works with startups

Catapult is Mahindra Logistics' incubator for logistics startups, giving them anchor-customer access to test solutions inside Mahindra Logistics' own operations. Each cohort runs a 5 to 6 month domain-mentorship phase with partner-ecosystem access, platform credits and monthly masterclasses, ending in a Premier Day pitch to partners, investors and customers. Catapult 4.0, the most recent cohort, premiered in February 2025 with eight startups; strong performers can move into long-term contracts or investment and acquisition talks with Mahindra Group.
