TomorrowLAB is Tata Steel's channel for startups with deep-tech and process-innovation solutions in decarbonisation, mining, supply chain, operational excellence and sustainability. Launched in 2019, it has run around 40 proof-of-concept and pilot projects, taking startups through onboarding, technical evaluation, a proof of concept, a pilot and potential scale-up across Tata Steel's operations. In August 2025 Tata Steel added the TomorrowLAB Accelerator Programme as its first dedicated startup accelerator.
